Motorola: This assignment included the design and piloting of a global re-branding and the related Brand Management training program for all Motorola marketing and brand employees, with the aim of achieving more consistency in brand execution, across the world.
Following this was the design and implementation of a GLOBAL brand management and advertising training and diagnostics workshop. Designed for Motorola Electronics to give Executives and staff worldwide more knowledge in dealing with their brand, strategy and field implementation, advertising agencies, and a better ability to use brand, advertising, marketing and promotional resources that truly reflected the Motorola brand.
