Over the decades, we have worked on a number of brand projects globally. Including, Brand Auditing, Strategic and Competitive Brand Analysis of every brand aspect across product and brand lines, and Brand Architecture.

 

Our biggest project involved specifically focusing on Brand and Customer where  we have helped to improve the Brand-Driven CRM business of Microsoft (the world’s number two brand) with NEXT-GEN brand-driven CRM strategy and customer process development worldwide. We also developed skill-training on brand strategy and application of branding regarding Customer Relationship Management for the company's senior managers across the globe.
